Terms of Service

Preview terms. Nothing is sold yet. Binding terms, including governing law and liability, are published before any purchase is possible.

The service

Rethink is a hosted decision service: you send a decision question, a trained model thinks, you receive an answer with a receipt. The free Reflex engine is a separate product under its own terms and stays free.

Paying (when the hosted lane opens)

• One gist.rs account. Pay per answer only where the free floor abstains — free trial credit (TUNA) first, then KAT. Pricing is published when the hosted lane opens.
• The price per answer, and refund and renewal terms, are stated on the buy page at launch — before you can be charged.
• Running out of credit falls back to the free floor; it never removes the free floor.

Acceptable use

• Don't attack, overload, or try to extract the hosted weights — hosted-only is built into the package format, but abuse of the endpoint is still abuse.
• Don't use the service where its answers would break the law that applies to you.
• Automated agents are welcome within the published quotas and the agent-payment posture, both announced with the hosted tier's launch.

Disclaimers

The service reports measured accuracy on the public benchmark board — wins, ties and losses alike. It is a decision aid, not a guarantee for any particular use. Health, legal or financial decisions remain yours.
